New Features

• New command: codiac cabinet contents shows the list of asset versions currently deployed to a cabinet.
• Added AWS session support for codiac csp login.
• Codiac asset deploy now shows the currently-deployed version when selecting the target cabinet.

Fixes

• Minor housekeeping fixes to CLI commands, including a streamlined experience for providing CSP information.
• Fixed a bug in codiac host delete which prevented deletion of the last remaining host mapping.
