Automate the Codiac CLI - Scripting, Piping, and Output Formats

Use the Codiac CLI in scripts, CI/CD pipelines, and shell pipelines. Redirect clean JSON or YAML output to files, pipe between commands, and run non-interactively with --silent. Works exactly like az and kubectl.
